Place the filter cover in such a way that the two

protrusions situated in the lower part of the cover

are inserted into the holes in the body of the vacuum

cleaner, and then press the filter cover to snap the

fastening in the body shut. A characteristic “click”

signalizes the filter cover has been properly installed.

Always replace a damaged microfilter

with a brand new, original one.

After-work procedures, cleaning

and maintenance

1

Press the on/off button to stop the vacuum

cleaner.

2

Remove the plug of the cord from the socket.

3

Wind the cord by pressing the cord winder button

(8)

. Hold the cord when doing it to avoid tangling the

cord up or letting the plug hit the vacuum cleaner.

4

Disconnect the telescopic suction pipe from the

nozzle or brush.

5

Disconnect the suction tube from the hose. In order

to remove the telescopic tube from the hose handle,

simultaneously press the lock

“A”

 and pull the tube in

the direction indicated by the arrow.

6

Turn the end of the suction hose counter-clockwise,

and remove the end of the hose from the inlet of the

vacuum cleaner.

7

The vacuum cleaner may be store in a horizontal

position. In order to do this place the hook of the nozzle

brush into the fastening of the nozzle brush situated

at the back of the vacuum cleaner, near the entrance

of the power cord. The hose may stay attached to the

vacuum cleaner as long as it is not bent too much

during storage.

8

If necessary, clean the casing and the chamber

of the vacuum cleaner with a damp cloth (it may be

damped in dishwashing liquid), dry it off, and wipe it dry.

Do not use any scrubbing agents or

solvents.

Examples of problems you may

encounter when using the vacuum

cleaner

PROBLEM

SOLUTION

A characteristic

fluttering in the

vacuum cleaner is

heard.

Check the “CYKLON”

dust container and other

accessories. Remove the

reason for the clog-up

or empty and clean the

“CYKLON” dust container.

Replace or clean the filters.

The vacuum

cleaner works less

efficiently.

Empty and clean the

“CYKLON” dust container,

replace or clean the filters,

check the suction pipe, the

hose, and the nozzle – remove

the reason for the clog-up.

The cut-out of the

wiring system has

been triggered.

Check if there are any other

devices, besides the vacuum

cleaner, plugged into the same

electrical circuit. If the cut-out

is triggered again, have the

vacuum cleaner repaired in

a servicing center.

The vacuum

cleaner does not

work; the body or

the power cord is

damaged.

Have the vacuum cleaner

repaired in a servicing center.
