The 8-pin connector allows the enabling of the
actuator functions.
POWER SUPPLY (PIN 1 - PIN 2)
PIN 1 +24V and PIN 2 -24V are pins supplying power to
Synchro NANO
and
Synchro NANO F-SIGNAL
cards.
By inverting polarity through a button, it is possible
to invert the direction of the actuators:

SV MODE “SILENT VENTILATION” (PIN 3)
The SV (silent ventilation) input of actuators SYNCHRO
NANO and SYNCHRO NANO F-SIGNAL must be given
a voltage of 24V +/-10%.
Being a signal line, absortion is less significant than
that of the actuator power supply. The input works
as follows:
• If the input is NOT powered or it is disconnected
(even if the line is accidentally cut), the actuator
works at standard speed to ensure a complete
opening within 1 minute (see table page 13) so
that the actuator can be used for smoke exhaust
according to standard EN12101-2.
• If the input is feeded at 24V, the actuator works
in “silent ventilation” (SV) mode, always working
at the minimum speed (4mm/s).
The C-SV control panel made by UCS can manage the
automatic commutation between the two modes
mentioned above: just connect the actuator SV input to
terminal “+” of output 24V_AUX.
Upon previous request by the customer,
UCS can
permanently enable the SV function during production.
In such a case, the actuator always opens and closes at
minimum speed, regardless of the SV input condition.

MODALIT
Á SV “VENTILAZIONE SILENZIOSA” (PIN 3)
L’ingresso SV (silent ventilation) degli attuatori NANO
SYNCHRO e SYNCHRO NANO F-SIGNAL è pilotato in
tensione a 24 V +/- 10%.
Trattandosi di una linea di segnale, l’assorbimento
è trascurabile rispetto a quello dell’alimentazione
dell’attuatore. L’ingresso funziona come segue:
• Se l’ingresso NON è alimentato o scollegato (o anche in
caso di interruzione accidentale della linea), l’attuatore
opera con la velocità di default, tale da garantire una
corsa completa entro 1 minuto (vedi tabella pag. 13), in
modo che l’attuatore possa essere utilizzato anche per
evacuazione fumi secondo la normativa EN12101-2.
• Se l’ingresso è alimentato a 24V, l’attuatore
funziona in modalità “silent ventilation” (SV),
operando sempre alla velocità minima (4 mm/s).
Le centrali C-SV di UCS sono in grado di gestire
automaticamente la commutazione tra le due modalità
di cui sopra: è sufficiente collegare l’ingresso SV
dell’attuatore al morsetto “+” dell’uscita 24V_AUX.
Su richiesta preventiva del cliente,
in fase di produzione
UCS può abilitare permanentemente la funzione SV. In
questo caso l’attuatore apre e chiude sempre alla velocità
minima indipendentemente dallo stato dell’ingresso SV.
