Chapter 10: Access Point Details

Downlinks
Displays which wireless Access Points are currently
connected to the wired Access Point. Includes details
such as the downlink Access Point (by specified name or
MAC address), signal strength, and the option to remove
the wireless Access Point from the wired Access Point by
clicking
remove
.
Note:
Downlinks
will only be visible under the
Details
tab when a wireless Access Point is connected.
Radio (11n/b/g) or Radio (11n/a)
Depending on the model (UAP-Outdoor for 2.4 GHz or
UAP-Outdoor 5G for 5 GHz), channel and transmit/receive
statistics for
Radio (11n/b/g)
or
Radio (11n/a)
are displayed.
Channel
Displays the wireless channel being used.
Transmit Power
Displays the EIRP in dBm.
Note:
If the device has an external antenna, you can
place the mouse over the icon for additional details.
TX Pkts / Bytes
Displays the number of packets and total
bytes transmitted by the Access Point.
RX Pkts / Bytes
Displays the number of packets and total
bytes received by the Access Point.
TX Retry / Dropped
Displays the percentage of
transmitted packets that needed to be resent and the
percentage of packets that were dropped.
RX Error / Dropped
Displays the percentage of packets
received that needed to be resent and the percentage of
packets that were dropped.
# Users
Displays the number of users connected to the
primary network.
# Guests
Displays the number of users connected to the
guest network.
