4. WARNINGS & PRECAUTIONS
Read the instruction for use before using the product. Keep out of reach of children. Incorrect

application can cause injuries. Consult a qualified person for the correct application of this
device. If you are receiving medical treatment / unexplained pain; please ask your doctor
before using this device.

If you have any physical health concerns or if you have any of the following conditions:

pregnancy, diabetes, recent surgery, epilepsy or migraine, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis
or spondylosis, recent joint replacements or IUD’s and metal pins/plates

CAUTION
  • do not put the device into water or other liquids
  • do not use this device for more than 30 minutes at a time
  • do not apply this device on you head or near the genitals
  • do not use this device to supplement or replace any medical treatments
  • do not use if you have any unexplained pain
  • do not use if you are using any medical equipment

5. 1-YEAR WARRANTY
If within one year from the date of purchase, this product fails due to a defect in material or

workmanship, the international distributor, dealer or retailer from whom the purchase was
made, will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge.

You must submit the proof of purchase, including the unique identification number on the box,

otherwise you will be excluded from the warranty.

  WARRANTY EXCLUDES
  a)  damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling or transport;
  b)   units subjected to unauthorised repair (repairs carried out by persons other than

authorised repairers of the producer/distributor;

  c)  units not used in accordance with the device care instructions;
  d)  damage exceeding the cost of the product;
  e)   deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding

conditions on the client’s premises;

f) failure to provide the dated proof of purchase including the unique identification number on

the box.

Some states and countries do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation

may not apply to you. This warranty guarantees specific legal rights, and other rights may
vary from country to country, and from state to state. This warranty service is available
through the opening policies and procedures at Medicc Sports Europe B.V.
If you are a client, please contact the appropriate distributor, business entity, dealer or retailer
from whom you directly purchased the product for warranty and follow the authorization
procedures. This warranty is initiated and executed by Medicc Sports Europe B.V.
