11.5 GROUP CALLS IN P25 MODE
11.5.1 Transmitting a Group Call
1.
Select the desired P25 system.
2.
Select the Talk Group/Conventional Channel. (Selected simultaneously using either the
system/group/channel knob or the group key).
3.
Press and hold the PTT.
4.
When a grant tone is received (if enabled through programming), speak into the microphone.
5.
Release PTT and wait for response.
