Chapter 3: Replacing Pre-Installed Components

3.9

Replacing the Power Supply

Follow these instructions to replace the power supply in your 
TA26-B5380 system.

3.9.1 Standard Power Supply

1. Remove the chassis cover. See “Removing the Cover” on 

page 38 for more details.

2. Detach the power cables from the motherboard and 

backplane. See “Disconnecting All Motherboard Cables” 
on page 39 for more details.

 

3. Remove the three screws securing the power supply to 

the chassis.
