Appendix II: Installing the SMDC Card

   

 

 

Follow these steps to install M3291 SMDC card onto the 2.5” 
HDD location on your GT14 chassis. 

 

1.     Remove the screw securing the 2.5” hard disk drive 

bracket in the GT14 chassis. Then slide the drive tray 
out (A) and lift the bracket out from the chassis (B). 

 

 
2.     Secure the three flat screws to the screwholes indicated 

by “A1” “A2” “A3”

 

in the GT14 chassis as shown.
