3.7 – Installing the Processor Heatsink
DCA (Direct Chassis Attach) is required to install the Intel Xeon
®
processors on Tiger i7525
(S2672). The processor heat-sinks need to be Intel’s CEK (Common Enabling Kit) compliant.
Each processor heat-sink needs to be mounted to chassis with which are 8 processor heat-sink
mounting holes (4 holes for each processor)

type memory modules and requires
minimum two memory modules to power up the system.
