Exit “Erasing files” function and go back to normal Music Mode 

7.2.8  Set the option to “No” and press “MENU” button for 3 seconds. 

 

 

7.2.9  The device is now switched back to normal “Music” mode. 

 

Setting the Red Rock MMD 

There are six ways users can adjust the function of the device. 

 

”EQ”: Select sound effect from pre-set equalizer. 

 

”PlayMode”: Play the song list repeatedly or randomly. 

 

“Contrast”: Adjust contrast of the LCD screen. 

 

”Power savings”: To set the time for turning off the device automatically. 

 

”Recording settings”: To set encoding method and quality level of recording. 

 

”Backlight”: To set lasting time of the LCD backlight. 

Option “Exit” is a way for user to return to the main menu. 

 

8.1  “EQ”: Select sound effect from pre-set equalizer 

8.1.1  Push the “Lock” switch to off position. 

8.1.2  Turn on the device. 

8.1.3  Press the “MENU” button. Select “Settings” from main menu by pressing the 

“NEXT” or “PREV” buttons. 

 

 

8.1.4  Press “MENU” button again to enter “Settings” sub-menu. Select “EQ” from the 

options list and press “MENU” button again to start setting. 

 

 

8.1.5  Press “NEXT” and “PREV” buttons to browse the pre-set equalizer
