Check the tractor. It must be in the Push position.
Be sure the printer is in OFFLINE Mode.
PROBLEM:
Continuous-feed paper jams.
CHECKS:
Make sure the tractors are locked.
Make sure the paper select lever is set in PIN position.
Make sure the paper thickness lever is correctly set for the type of paper you
are using.
Make sure the top cover is installed and closed properly.
Make sure the unprinted paper stack is straight.
Make sure the exiting paper has a clear path which does not interfere with the
incoming paper.
Make sure the incoming paper is not tangling with the power cord and/or
interface cable.
Make sure that paper is not jammed under the platen.
PROBLEM:
Tear-off position is not at the perforation.
CHECKS:
Make sure the length of your paper matches with the form length setting in the
Macro.
Make sure the paper feed knob is not turned manually. If it is, then, try parking
the paper again.
