Tools needed

5mm Allen/Hex Key

13mm Wrench

1. Loosly mount  four (4) “U” Brackets using the 16mm Bolts and two (2) “L” Brackets with

the 10mm Bolts to the plate.

2. Place the Universal plate on the pannier rack of your motorcycle. Depending on your pannier

rack system you may need to move the brackets to different slots.

3.Tighten down the four (4) “U” Bolts and two (2) “L” Bolts so the plate is fixed in that location. Ensure

the plate is still able to be removed and re-mounted easily with minimal free play.

4. Repeat the process on the other side, remove both plates and route the 1.5” strap through the plates.

**Be mindful of which plate you had on which side and what bag you are mounting to it. We recommend

installing the bag so the side pocket with the drawstring is towards the front of the motorcycle.**

5. Mount the bag to the plate by feeding a 30mm bolt and 24mm washer through the inside of the bag towards the

outside where you will place another washer and then loosely screw on a 13mm lock nut. Repeat the process

until all 4 corners of the bag are mounted to the metal plate, make sure no loose straps are between the bag

and the metal plate. Tighten the four (4) 13mm bolts on each bag.

Caution

 - ** Check the bolts periodically and tighten any that may have come loose.
