PACKING THE TUSK DRY DUFFEL BAG
1. Pack bag with desired items. Due to the high amount of weight on motorcycles, we recommend packing lighter items.
2. With air valve open, put pressure on top of bag and tightly roll top of bag downwards to compress bag. You want
a minimum 3 folds (1.5 rolls) to ensure waterproofness. Once rolled tight, close air valve.
3. Buckle and cinch down side comression straps, and then buckle and cinch top straps.
4. Insert excess straps into elastic restraints to prevent getting caught in moving or hot parts of your machine.
Velcro handles together to prevent them from getting caught or burned as well.
MOUNTING THE DUFFEL BAG TO A TOP RACK
1. Route each webbing strap into a buckle (4 straps, 2 male and 2 female buckles).
2. Loop straps around/through the top rack and back through themselves on all 4 corners of top rack.

Tools needed
5mm Allen/Hex Key
13mm Wrench
1. Ensure that the mounting brackets are fastened to the plate loosely using five (5) 20mm bolts.
2. Place the plate on the Tusk pannier rack, making sure that the plate is in a good central
location to the pannier rack hoop.
3.Tighten down the five (5) bolts so the plate is fixed in that location. Ensure the plate is
still able to be removed and re-mounted easily with minimal free play.
4. Repeat the process on the other side.
5. Remove both metal plates. Be mindful of which plate you had on which side and what bag you are mounting to it.
We recommend installing the bag so the side pocket with the drawstring is towards the front of the motorcycle.
6. Mount the bag to the plate by feeding a 30mm bolt and 24mm washer through the inside of the bag towards the
outside where you will place a 20mm washer and then loosely screw on a 13mm lock nut. Repeat the process
until all 4 corners of the bag are mounted to the metal plate, make sure no loose straps are between the bag
and the metal plate. Tighten the four (4) 13mm bolts on each bag.
Caution
- ** Check the bolts periodically and tighten any that may have come loose.
