Perform a preheat as the extruder will need to be hot to load the filament. Now cut off
about 3 inches of the filament, removing any bends or kinks and insert the filament into
the extruder (

). You will need to push the filament past the roller, it will take
a little pressure for it to compress the tension spring and this is normal. Once past the
roller use tweezers to help guide the filament into the center of the white seal (

) and continue to push the filament down till you see some come out of the print
head.
