The device is designed, tested and approved for branch circuits up to 20 A
(UL) and 32 A (IEC) without additional protection device.
➤
If an external fuse is used, use B or C characteristic circuit breakers with at
least 6 A to avoid a nuisance tripping of the circuit breaker.
Operating
CAUTION
Hot surfaces
Burn risk
➤
Do not touch the housing during operation or shortly after power-off.
The green Status LED reports an output above 90% of the adjusted voltage.
Relay-OK contact
The Relay OK contact monitors the output voltage. If the contact is closed,
the Status LED green lights up green
Contact ratings:
■
60 VDC, 0.3 A
■
30 VDC, 1 A
■
30 VAC, 0.5 A for resistive loads
The device is safe in case of a single phase loss. An external protection is
not necessary. A disconnecting means shall be provided for the input of the
device.
LED bar and push-buttons

Monitoring mode (normal operation)
Actual output power = percentage of max. 500 W (100 % = 500 W)
Values above 100 % are shown in orange. By pressing the up and down keys,
the output power of the respective output is displayed in %. The orange LEDs
OUT1 and OUT2 indicate the selected output.

Set value
The set value for output voltage or tripping current is indicated via
the LED bar. All orange LEDs are off. The setting becomes effective
immediately.
Without further pressing the buttons, the LED bar will return from any other
mode to normal mode after 15 s.
Deactivating outputs
➤
Press the button at the output channel (OUT1 or OUT2) for at least 1 s to
activate or deactivate the output manually.
Maintenance
Clean the devices at regular intervals with a damp cloth.
Repair
The device must not be repaired by the user. Take defective devices out of
operation. Observe our return acceptance conditions when returning the
device to Turck.
Disposal
The devices must be disposed of correctly and must not be included in
general household garbage.
