USB Retractable Connector Cable with
Nokia* Power Tip
This retractable, 27” cable attaches to the USB
Power Charger and comes with the standard Nokia
power tip. All other power tips attach to this Nokia
tip, making the cable compatible with many brands
and models of phones and devices such as cameras
and PDAs.
To Extend: Pull both ends of the cable at the same
time to reach one of five locking positions.
To Retract: Pull both ends of the cable at the same
time all the way out past the last click and the cable
will automatically retract.
Important Operating Notes: Pulling the cable from
just one end will cause it to tangle in the center of
the device. To untangle the cable, first pull from both
ends until it is fully extended, then pull again to
retract the cable. If pulled incorrectly, the spool may
become off center, and the cable will not fully retract.
To re-center your cable, fully extend the cable again.
Then, gently tug on the spool moving it up or down to
re-center. To retract, pull all the way past the last
click, and the cable should snap back to normal. It
may be necessary to repeat this steps until the
desired result is achieved.
Cell Phone Power Tip Set
In addition to the connector cable with the standard
Nokia power tip, this kit comes with seven separate
power tips that allow you to use the USB Power
Charger with the most popular cell phones available
today. (A separate list of compatible phones for the
included tips appears in the enclosed pamphlet.)
After identifying the correct tip for your phone, place
it over the small tip attached to the cable and plug
into your cell phone power port. The seven tips are
stored in a their own drawstring pouch.

Car Lighter Adaptor
This car cigarette lighter adaptor connects to the
USB Retractable Cable Connector, allowing you to
recharge your devices from the car.
Tumi Limited Warranty
Tumi warrants to the original purchaser that your
USB product (Travel Charger/Adaptor or Flash Drive)
will be free from defects in materials or
workmanship for 24 months from the date of original
purchase. If your USB product fails during the
warranty period due to a defect in materials or
workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective
part when returned, postage paid, to an Authorized
Tumi Repair Center together with your proof of
purchase and any applicable processing fees to cover
the costs of handling and return shipping. (Within the
U.S., the processing fee is $15 and should be in the
form of a check or money order, made payable to
Tumi, Inc. Please note that processing fees and/or
fees for shipping and handling may vary in other
countries, and that Tumi reserves the right to
increase processing fees as necessary.) If you
experience a defect with any Tumi product covered by
our limited warranty during the first twelve months of
ownership and need to have it repaired, we will waive
our processing fee.
