Transport damage
• Please check the content of the package immediately and
advise the transport company making the delivery of any
claim you wish to make (parcel service/ freight forwarder).
• Do not use damaged goods!
• Ask the transport company for a written acknowledgement
of the damage.
• Report the claim promptly by phone to your dealer. He will
discuss with you how to act in this case.
faulty goods
• Please contact your dealer in the event of faulty or incorrect
articles or missing accessories. He will discuss with you the
individual case and try to find an immediate and satisfactory
solution.
• All returns have to be in their original packing with
corresponding accessories. Please repack the goods well,
taking care to avoid damage. In the event of incorrect
delivery, please do not use the unit delivered.
Problems of installation and functioning
• Please read the manual carefully first of all and pay attention
to the indicated assembly or installing instructions.
• Your dealer should be the first contact person because he
knows his products best and also knows possible problems.
• In case of function problems with an article, please contact
your dealer. The quality system in our factory reduces
malfunctions of new appliances to almost zero.

environmental protection
This product must not be disposed with normal
household waste at the end of its life cycle. Instead,
it should be delivered to a collecting place for the
recycling of electrical and electronic devices.
The symbol on the product, the
instruction manual or the package refers
to this.
The materials can be recycled according
to the markings of them. By reus-
ing, utilising the materials or by oth-
erwise reusing old equipment, you
make an important contribution for the
protection of our environment. Please note that the
product is returned to the recycling centre without
any sauna rocks.
