4.2 Jaw Line area: 

Position the wand on the lower jaw, 

between the corner of the jaw (where your 

jaw bone ‘turns a corner’ before reaching 

the ear) and the apex (point of your chin), 

following the conformation.

During the exercise, the wand can slide 

along the entire lower jaw for a complete 

exercise on the whole area (or remain static).  As an alternative, the facial wand 

can be applied in the same way but placed underneath the edge of the jaw bone. 

This exercise contracts the chin and tones up the jaw line area, helps sculpt the 

face oval and reduces the stretching caused by the drop of the Bichat’s fat pad.
