”. Never use a different type or size of 

cutting wheel.  Otherwise, severe injury could be caused 

or damage to the tool thus making your warranty void.

Never use washers and knobs that are damaged or not 

the right size. To get excellent performance and safety 

when using the tool, the knobs and washers included are 

designed especially.

Use cutting wheels with the right size and shape holes 

that fit in the axis. Otherwise they could rotate in an 

exocentric manner causing it to go out of control.

• Disconnect the tool.

• Set the cutting wheel in the axis placing it firmly in the 

inner flange. Verify that the direction arrow stamped on 

the wheel coincide with the arrow embossed in the tool 

guard.

• Insert the inner flange in the axis.

• Set the fastening screw in the axis and tighten with the 

wrenches.

• To remove the wheels, reverse the steps.

After installing a new wheel, and to verify if the tool is 

working correctly, start the tool approximately one minute 

without load.

Replace the wheels immediately when worn.

To guarantee a good cut use 

only clean, sharp and 

properly installed wheels.  

Have spare wheels at hand  

in order to always have 

sharp wheels available.

Assembly

Start up

• Intermittent operation:

  Connect the plug into the outlet.

  Press switch (

) to start the saw.

  To stop just release the switch.

• Continuous operation:

  Connect the plug into the outlet.

  Press switch (

A

) and lock it by pushing the continuous use button (

B

).

  To stop, press and then release the switch.

The tile and masonry saw is a hand held power tool with double insulation. Is used with a diamond wheel designed to cut: 

marble, ceramic, tile and similar materials.

                            This tool is not designed to cut metal or wood.
