1. Description
The Tronje LED real-wax-candle with
flamesimulation is an atmospherical wax-
candle with flickering flamelets.
The light of this candle is confusably simi
-
lar to the natural candlelight and spreads
the same homelike atmosphere.
In contrast to a real candle the LED real-
wax-candle does not soot or smolder and
especially contains no fire danger.
The LED candle cannot burn down, so
there is no liquid wax which could cause
dirt and damages.
The LED real-wax-candle arranges
more safety for men and animals in your
household.
2. Scope of delivery
1 x Tronje LED real-wax-candle (art.-no.
30739 – 30844), 1 x instruction manual
optional (depending on the provider),
2 x 1.5 V Mono (D) batteries
3. Characteristics
The LED real-wax-candles are provided
with timerfunction.
You can find a changeover switch on
the bottom of the candle underneath the
battery box.
These are the following changeover switch
settings:
Timer: If you slide the changeover switch
to this function, the candle illuminates 5
hours and cuts out automatically – to have
a resetting 19 hours later.
Example: You set the controller on Timer
at 6 pm.
Now the candle illuminates from 6 pm to
11 pm and then cuts out automatically.
The other day at 6 pm it powers up auto
-
nomous.
This rhythm repeats until the batteries are
dead or you set the changeover switch on
„OFF“ or „ON“.
ON: The LED real-wax-candle is on and
illuminates until the batteries are dead or
the changeover switch is set on „OFF“ and
the candle is turned off.
OFF: The candle is off.
4. The proper use of the product
The candle is only used for its handling
within closed rooms.
5. Notes
• Before using the LED-candle, read the
instruction manual
• The instruction manual is an important
part of this product and has to be given to
take with, if it will be handed down or sold
• 2 x 1,5 V Mono (D) batteries are used
• If the product is not in use for any length
of time, please check the status of the
batteries (emergent liquids, deformations)
and change them if necessary
6. Initiation
Before using this LED-candle, you have to
insert the 2 x 1,5 V Mono (D) batteries in
the battery box. You can find the battery
box on the bottom of the candle.
See for it the following images.
Please mark the right polaritiy (+/-), which
is pictured on the battery cover, while
inserting the batteries.
Place the LED-candle on an even surface.
Now you can commission the candle
by using the changeover switch on the
bottom.
Please read for it point 3 „characteristics“
in this instruction manual.
7. Safety Indication
Preliminary note:
All damages which are caused by non
-
observance of this manual hamper any
warranty claim.
There will be no assumed liability for se
-
condary damage caused by nonobservan
-
ce of the Safety Indication and improper
handling of the LED-candle.
• The candle is only used for its handling
within closed rooms.
• Store dry and dark only. Do not expose to
direct sunlight
• Do not array near by hot sources (e.g.
chimney, hotplate etc.)
• Please avoid the ingress of water to the
candle. The candle is not waterproof.
Do not dip the LED-candle underwater,
otherwise damages are unavoidable.
• The LED- candle is a safely and atmos
-
pherically decorative article, but no toy
for children or animals.
• The wax layer is very sensitive about
external influences like heat, pressure,
crushes etc.
These are able to change or damage the
surface. That is why you should avoid
them at all costs.
• Check the proper status of the batteries.
Leaked or defective batteries could da
-
mage the LED-candle.
• For safety reasons you should not open
or alter the LED-candle.
8. Disposal Note
Old appliances, which are marked
with the pictured icon, must not
be disposed with the household
garbage.
Dead batteries
and accumulators
(storage batte
-
ries), which are
marked with one of the pictured icons,
must not be disposed with the household
garbage.
You have to deliver them to a gathering
place for old appliances, dead batteries or
rather hazardous waste, which provides an
evironment-friendly disposal (please inform
yourself in your township).
9. Operational Voltage
3 V DC by 2 x 1,5 V Mono (D) batteries

11. Service
The warranty period of the manufacturer/
importer amounts 24 months from date of
purchase.
