STANDING SHOULDER
PRESS
Move the bench to one side, and
set the safety pin position to the
correct height.
Stand with the bar in front of your
shoulders. With a wide grip, push
weight above your head, until your
arms are fully extended. Return the
bar in a controlled manner to the
start position
LEG EXTENSION
Sit on bench and hook legs over top roller pads and feet under bottom roller pads.
