General Information
Brake Pads:
There should be more than
1.0 mm of friction material remaining on the
front brake pads and more than 1.5 mm for
the rear (see page

).
Brake Fluid Levels:
No brake fluid leakage.
Brake fluid levels must be between the MAX
and MIN marks on both reservoirs (see
page

).
Front Forks:
Smooth action. No leaks from
fork seals (see page

).
Throttle:
Throttle grip free play 2 - 3 mm at
all steering angles. Ensure that the throttle
grip returns to the idle position without
sticking (see page

Clutch:
Smooth operation and correct cable

Coolant:
