Checking Details and Renaming Files

You can use the procedure below to check the details of documents forwarded to a Sub Address Box. You can also 
use this procedure to rename files.

Follow steps 1 to 5 in 

Printing Originals from a Sub 

Address Box on page 4-28

The details for the selected original are displayed.

Use the numeric keys to edit the item.

Repeat the step 4 and 5 for the other items.
