install the nmd 100 dispenser
WARNING
Triton recommends using two people to remove the dispensing mechanism to prevent injury to service person-
nel and/or to prevent damage to dispensing mechanism or cabinet.
1. Perform a proper shutdown of the unit.
2. Open the top cabinet door. Verify that the power switch on the power supply is in the off
(O)
position.
3. Open the security vault.
Caution
Ensure cables and cords are moved away from rails so damage does not occur during dispenser installation.
4. Disengage locking pin on left slide rail and pull slide rails out of cabinet until they reach fully extended posi-
tion.
5. Using two people, grasp the green handles located on each side of dispenser. Lift dispenser up and onto rails
by aligning tabs under the green handle with slots on rails.
6. Install the cable routing bracket onto right side of dispenser.
7. Connect the serial communications cable connector on the left side of the dispenser.
8. Connect the AC power cable and the shutter cable connector on the front of the dispenser.
