Advanced Call Operations
Operation
Description
Call Hold

While being engaged in a conversation, you
may hold a call.

Press HOLD key to hold the call.

To resume the held call, hang up and then pick
up the handset.

If a trunk line call is held, you can also press the
line key to resume the trunk line call.
3-Way
Conference Call

While being engaged in a conversation, you
may invite another party to join using the 3-way
conference call feature. To achieve this, press
the HOLD key to hold the first call. IP2032 will
automatically switch to another channel.

Use the keypad to dial the phone number.
Press OK key to validate, the IP phone will call
out the other party.

You can talk with the second party prior to let
him/her join the conference.

When you are ready to make the conference,
press the CONFERENCE key. The LCD screen
will show “CONFERENCE” that the two calls
are in a conference.
Call Transfer
(Blind Transfer)

While being engaged in a conversation, press
the TRANSFER key. The phone prompts you to
enter the phone number which you would like to
transfer the call to.
40.
Use the keypad to dial the phone number.
Press OK key to validate, the IP phone will
transfer the call to other party.
41.
You can hang up the handset now. The call has
already been transferred.
