The SmartOnline SUTX UPS provides six sets of programmable output dry contacts to deliver UPS events. There are eighteen
selectable events, six may be selected. The dry contacts are open by default. Please refer to the table below.

Online Mode
1. The UPS is in Normal Mode.
2. Default: Pins 1 and 2.

Bypass Mode
1. The UPS is in Bypass Mode.
2. Default: Pins 3 and 4.

Battery Mode
1. When the main AC source fails, the UPS supplies battery power to the connected load.
2. Default: Pins 5 and 6.
4
Low battery
1. When the UPS runs in battery mode, battery voltage is lower than setup limit, 220V DC.
2. Default: Pins 7 and 8.

Bypass input not OK
1. The bypass voltage, frequency or phase sequence is abnormal.
2. Default: Pins 9 and 10.

Battery test fail or battery
missing
1. In the process of battery test, battery voltage is out of setup limit.
2. Default: Pins 11 and 12.

Internal communication
failure
Power unit’s internal communication is abnormal.

External parallel
communication loss
In parallel mode, parallel communication is abnormal.

Output overload warning/
shutdown
The UPS is overloaded or the UPS shuts down to let the bypass supply power to the
equipment loads.

EPO activated
The EPO button is pressed to immediately cut off power to the UPS.

Load on manual bypass
The Manual Bypass Switch is turned on and the UPS transfers to Manual Bypass Mode.
