8. Electronic Function
• After the unit runs for a total of 730 hours (per the sentry timer), the 2-digit temperature setting display shows “E8” and
WARNING indicator flashes within 5 seconds, but the unit continues running. Press and hold the SPEED buttons for
3 seconds, then turn off the alert and reset the internal timer to zero.
• When ALARM or WARNING indicators flash, the alarm will sound 10 times (every 0.5 second) to alert the end user.
• When WARNING indicators flash, the 2-digit temperature setting display shows “dF” or “E8”. The display will continue
showing the correct mode status, evaporator fan speed, ambient temperature or whether T1 is using an external thermostat.
• When ALARM indicators flash, except when the 2-digit temperature setting display shows “E1/E2/E3/E4/E7”, others will be
blank in display.
8.9 Memory Function
The SRCOOL33K’s memory function stores information on the following:
• Power on / off status.
• Operational mode (including energy saving or normal cooling).
• Evaporator fan speed status (automatic, high, medium or low fan speed).
• Temperature settings and total hours of sentry timer. Note: No time is accumulated when the unit is unplugged.
• Accumulated running time of the unit. Memory cannot be erased, even if the power is cut off for an extended time. Note: No
time is accumulated when the unit is unplugged.
8.10 UART/RS232 Communication
4 x I/O ports including，TxD, xD, +12V & GND.
8.11 Factory Defaults
The following factory default settings are used with all new units:
Temp. Set Point: 77ºF
Fan Speed:
AUTO
Mode: NORMAL COOLING
Temp. Units: ºF
