Remove the spa protection (cover, lid...) and allow the water to cool.
▪
Add cold water and decrease the filtration cycle.
▪
If the error persists, measure the temperature of the water with a DIGITAL thermometer and compare its reading with the
display. If the temperature readings are different, replace the
in.therm
and if the problem persists, replace the
Spa Pack.
FLO
The system does not detect any pressure in the pipes when the pump is running.
▪
Make sure that the valves are open and that the water level is sufficient.
▪
Check and remove anything that could clog the filter.
▪
Make sure that there are no air pockets (or that no object is obstructing the water flow in the water heater).
The pumps can make strange noises.
UPL
No internal configuration software was downloaded to the system.
▪
New internal configuration software must be downloaded to the spa the
in.xe
system, otherwise the system will not work.
AOH
The temperature inside the spa skirt is too high, causing an increase in the internal temperature
of the
in.xe above normal limits.
▪
Check that the spa has enough water to work properly (a minimum of 18 gpm must circulate in the water heater).
▪
Remove the spa skirt and let the system cool down until the error disappears.
▪
Replace the
Spa Pack if the problem persists.
OH
The temperature of the water in the spa has reached 42°C (108°F). Do not enter the water!
▪
Using a digital thermometer, measure the temperature of the water, and compare the value with the one displayed on the
keyboard. If the readings are different, replace the water heater.
▪
Remove your spa protection and let the water cool.
▪
Add cold water and reduce the duration of the filtering cycle.
▪
If the problem persists, replace the
Spa Pack.
