The stop button is there to prematurely stop the toasting process.
Reheat button with indicator light -- the light goes on when the
button is depressed.

The defrost button with indicator light -- the light goes on when the
button is depressed.
The defrost button is used for toasting bread directly from the
freezer.
Do not use a knife, fork or other utensils to remove the bread from
the toaster or to clean the toaster. If the bread becomes lodged in
the toaster, unplug the appliance before attempting to remove it.
The top of the appliance becomes hot because metal conducts heat
so well.
Therefore do not touch the outside of the toaster during use
and keep well out of reach of children.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Switch off and unplug toaster from the power outlet.
Allow to cool before cleaning.
Wipe over exterior of toaster and cord with a soft damp sponge or
cloth.
Do not use abrasive or strong household cleaners as they will
damage the finish.
