Sending Your Infected Files to Trend Micro
If you have a file that is suspected to be infected with a virus but the scan engine does
not detect it or cannot clean it, we encourage you to send the suspected file to

Please include in the message text a brief description of the symptoms you are
experiencing. Our team of virus engineers will “dissect” the file and remove any
