• Incorrect or infrequent water
treatment.
• Sand filter excessively dirty or
clogged.
• Excessive dirt brought in by users.
• Weather (if installed outdoors).

• Take a shower before entering the
minipool to remove residues of
cosmetics or lotions.
• Cover the minipool when not in
use.
Sand inside the minipool
It is normal for there to be a minimum
amount of sand inside the minipool
during the first hours of use of the
sand filter. After the first cleaning of
the bottom the problem should no
longer exist.

Foam on the surface of the minipool
• Residues from sunscreens,
cosmetics, soaps.
• Water with unbalanced values
(hardness, pH, alkalinity).
• Overly soft water (lower hardness
to 7°f).
