10-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Treasure Cove Metal Detectors are warranted against defects in workmanship or
materials under normal use for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. In the
event that a Treasure Cove product does not conform as warranted, the
purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of all or any
part of the product that does not conform. This limited warranty applies only to a
product in its original form and only if purchased by the first consumer
purchaser. This limited warranty is not transferable, and expires upon resale or
transfer by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty will not be effective
unless registered within 90 days of the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover batteries nor any and all failures caused by
abuse, misuse, neglect, tampering, theft, failure due to the weather, battery acid
or other contaminants and equipment repairs made by an unauthorized party.
The provisions of this limited warranty do not cover normal maintenance and
economic losses. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping, freight, insurance,
taxes, duties and any other costs of returning the relevant product.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY AND
REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL
OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM
ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF
WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
