Issue Actions
Condensation appears on
the screen

Store in a cool, dry place and do not subject
the MC transmitter to wet conditions.
The MC will not turn on

Check to verify you are using a fully
charged battery

Replace the battery, as needed.
MC transmitter is not
working

Check to see if an upper or lower unit is
turned on and paired to its remote control
transmitter.

Is the LCD displaying information (located
on the front panel)?

Do any TraumaFX systems appear when
Scan is pressed?

Ensure all batteries in the both the upper or
lower unit, RC transmitter, and MC are fully
charged.
