4. LUBRIFICAZIONE
4.1 Elenco lubrificanti consigliati
Tutti i riduttori Transtecno sono forniti completi di lubrificante
sintetico viscosità 320 a lunga durata.
I riduttori della serie RH030/050 sono forniti completi di
grasso sintetico viscosità 150.
I riduttori della serie CMG, CMB, ATS, CM, CMP, CMM,
CMPU, PU, PX, FT, POK, CL, CWT, KFT, FT030/050 ed
RH030/050 non necessitano di manutenzione ordinaria.
I riduttori CM130 e quelli della serie ITH, ITB ed ITS sono
invece soggetti a manutenzione periodica con possibile rab-
bocco o sostituzione del liquido lubrificante.
I lubrificanti omologati da Transtecno da poter utilizzare sui
propri riduttori sono riportati nella tabella sotto.
Anche i variatori della serie VAM sono forniti completi di
lubrificante e necessitano di manutenzione periodica.
Eventuali rabbocchi o sostituzioni dovranno essere effettuati
utilizzando i lubrificanti consigliati nella tabella sotto.
In fase di ordine è sempre necessario specificare la
posizione di montaggio.
4.1 Suggested lubricants list
All Transtecno gearmotors are supplied complete with long-
lasting 320-viscosity synthetic lubricant.
RH030/050 Series are supplied complete with 150-viscosity
synthetic grease.
CMG, CMB, ATS, CM, CMP, CMM, CMPU, PU, PX, FT,
POK, CL, CWT, KFT, FT030/050 and RH030/050 Series
gearmotors do not require ordinary maintenance.
CM130 and ITH, ITB and ITS Series gearmotors, however,
require periodic maintenance and possible top up or change
of oil.
The lubricants approved by Transtecno for use in its gear-
motors are listed in the table below.
VAM Series variable speed drives are also supplied complete
with lubricant and require periodic maintenance.
Any top-ups or oil changes must be made using the recom-
mended lubricants listed in the table below.
When ordering, always state the mounting position.
