Chapter 7: Assembly/Disassembly
Precautions for Disassembly
Before disassembling any part of the printer, be sure the power is turned off. The
Controller Board and the Power Board can easily be damaged by static electricity.
Observe ESD precautions. Wear a grounded wrist strap, and use a static mat or
other protected work surface.
Necessary Tools
Using the wrong tools may cause personal injury or damage to the printer. Be sure
to use the proper tools when maintaining or servicing the printer. The following list
provides the necessary tools to properly disassemble the
Model 750
Printer.
