The UC400/UC400–B is a multi-purpose, programmable (or application-specific) that provides
direct-digital zone temperature control. This controller can operate as a stand-alone device or as
part of a building automation system (BAS). Communication between the controller and a BAS
occurs on an open standard with inter-operable protocols used in Building Automation and
Control Networks (BACnet
®
). Programming is done by means of the Tracer
®
TU service tool.
This guide provides installation and configuration information for the UC400 Controller with
specific operation description for Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP).
