Unit Installation

Refrigerant pipe connection

As shown in fig. 10, use wrench and torque wrench simultaneously for removing or 

• 

installing pipes.

Apply refrigerating engine oil on the tapered nut inside and outside, and then tighten it 

• 

after 3-4 turns manually.

Tightening torque see table. 1 (over tighten may damage the nut and cause leakage)

• 

As shown in fig. 10, check the connecting pipe for air leakage and take heat insulation 

• 

measures.

Wrap joints of air pipe and air collector pipe insulating sleeve with the sponge.

•
