Commonly found in operated but not the problem

The following cases are not abnormal problems and you may just continue using it.

Mist is discharged from the air
outlet of the indoor unit

The indoor unit gives out odor.

Cracking sound is heard.

“Burbling” sound is heard.

Water leak from the outdoor unit.

Operation does not start quickly.
- When ON/OFF button was
pressed soon after operation
was stopped.
- When the mode was reselected.

The cool air from the unit rapidly cools moisture in the air inside the
room, and it turns into mist.

This is to protect the air conditioner.
You should wait for about 3minutes.

During COOL and DRY operation, pipe or pipe connecting sections
are cooled and this causes water to condense.

This sound is generated by the expansion/contraction of the front
panel etc. due to change in temperature.

This sound is heard when the outside air is absorbed from the drain
hose by turning on the range hood or the ventilation fan, making water
flowing in the drain hose to spout out. This sound is also heard when
the outside air blows into the drain hose in case the outside wind is
strong.

This happens when smells of the room, furniture or cigarettes are
absorbed into the unit and discharged with the airflow. (if this happens,
we recommend you to have the indoor unit washed by a technician.
Consult your authorized dealer where you brought the air conditioner.)

Case

Explanation

Mechanical sound is heard
from the indoor unit.

This is the switching sound in turning ON/OFF the fan or compressor.

The sound of water flowing
is heard.

This is the sound of refrigerant or condensed water flowing in the unit.
