The Trainsway balancing machine is suitable for balancing all the common car wheels and is
equipped with the following features:
- Static and dynamic balancing for alloy rims or special shaped rims.
- Self diagnostic, easy to detect the problem.
- Application to steel and aluminum rims.
- 4 aluminum program for steel rims.
- ALU special mode for abnormal rims.
- Manual wheel data input.
- Self-calibration program.
- Switched cover.

6. Troubleshooting
When there are problems with the machine, it must be stopped. Find the cause of the problem and
the solutions of the problem, according to the table below. If the problem persists, contact your
dealer. The device tells you what kind of problem it is through give a certain kind of error.
Problem Reason Solution
Error 1 No signal to run, problem is in the
position of the pickup board or the power
supply board. If the shaft rotates and gives error 1

the pickup board needs to be replaced.
When the shaft doesn’t rotate and gives
error 1

the power supply board needs
to be replaced.
Error 2 The machine cannot detect the wheel,
the wheel is not mounted properly or the
belt is too tight. Mount a wheel or set the V-belt in a good
manner.
Error 3 Wheel not installed tight enough or the
pressure in the wheel isn’t enough. Install the wheel tighter or add the
correct pressure in the wheel, which is
marked on the wheel.
Error 4 Problem with the position of the pick up
print. Change the position of the pick up print or
replace the pick up print.
Error 5 Safety monitoring problem. Change or replace the micro-switch on
the rear of the machine.
Error 6 Problem with the supply board. Replace the supply power board.
Error 7 Programming not in order. Replace the PCB, see chapter 7.
Error 8 Problem with the pressure sensor or not
adding 100 gram lead during the self-
calibration. Run the self-calibration in accordance
with the instructions, if the problem
persists, change the position of the pick-
up print.
