1. The supplier cannot be held accountable for improper use and ensuing consequences.
2. The use of the unit has to be within the specifications, as described in this manual.
3. This manual is an integral part of this machine and therefore it has to be kept near the
machine. It shall be given to the new owner if and when the machine is resold.
4. Only authorized persons may operate the machine.
5. Carry the necessary personal protective equipment such as safety shoes, safety glasses and
gloves.
6. When operating the machine, make sure that other people cannot get within a radius of 2
meters of the machine.
7. Getting pinched is a present risk. Therefore only use the machine as described in the chapter
operating.
8. Prevent loose parts lying on the machine.
9. The workplace should be clean, free of oil and grease to prevent stumbling and sliding.
10. The tire that is going to be demounted has to be pressure free. This means that the sealing of
the valve should be removed, so the air can flow out of the tire.
11. Only operate the machine when standing right in front of it.
12. Mount the machine on the floor, use the holes in the body of the machine.
13. Operate the vertical mounting bar only using the knob on top and never by the spring that is
surrounding the mounting bar.
14. Before each use check the machine for damage, mechanical deforming, airlines etc..
15. Only authorized persons should work on the electrical connections.
16. The supplier is not responsible for unauthorized changes to the machine.
Warningsigns Meaning
To prevent accidents from occurring, make sure to keep hands and other
body parts away when fastening the mount/demount head or when the
turntable is running.
Caution should be taken when separating the tire from rim. The bead
breaker shoe will move rapidly and forcefully when the pedal is depressed.
Keep body and materials away from the work area.
The pressure of the compressed air should not exceed 10bar. When
inflating the tire, the inflating gun pressure value should be 3.5 bar.
High voltage power! Dangerous!
Be careful in the area of tilting column.
