3.4.2.1.4 Save Flight ID
To save a Flight ID configuration select “Save” and press the rotary knob. The “Flight ID” menu for
adding, modifying and deleting a Flight ID configuration will be displayed after the configuration is saved.
3.4.2.2 Modify Flight IDs
To modify a Flight ID select “Modify” and press the rotary knob. A submenu “Select FID” is displayed.
See 3.4.2.4 for details.
After the desired Flight ID is selected the submenu “Edit FID Param.” is displayed and the parameters of
the Flight ID can be modified (see 3.4.2.1).
3.4.2.3 Delete Flight IDs
To delete a Flight ID select “Delete” and press the rotary knob. A submenu “Select FID” is displayed.
See 3.4.2.4 for details.
After the desired Flight ID is selected the submenu “Delete FID” is displayed.

To delete the Flight ID turn the rotary knob to select “Yes” and press the rotary knob. The Flight ID is
deleted and the “Flight ID” menu is displayed.
If you select “No” and press the rotary knob the Flight ID is not deleted and the “Flight ID” menu is
displayed.
The “FID” and “AA-Code” are only displayed for information purposes.
3.4.2.4 Multiple Flight IDs
In case multiple Flight IDs are configured a selection menu is displayed where necessary.
The selection menu for multiple Flight IDs allows the selection of an already configured Flight ID (see
3.4.2.1) for the operation or configuration of the transponder. The selection menu may consist of two
pages (see note below).
