3. 

Slide the UHF CB transceiver into the cradle and connect 
the power lead patch harness.

4. 

Fit the antenna adapter (supplied) to the antenna cable 
and connect to the UHF CB transceiver.

5. 

Connect the speaker microphone extension cable to the 
UHF CB transceiver and route behind the carpet line, 
behind the centre console to the driver’s side footwell.

6. 

Position the connector below the driver’s side front console 
box insert as shown.

7. 

Neatly cable tie the excess antenna cable, speaker 
microphone extension cable and power cable to avoid 
rattling and fouling. Use self-adhesive cable tie mount 
blocks where necessary.

8. 

Refit the front passenger’s side instrument panel under 

cover sub-assembly - (1) screw and (3 [ ])clips.

Speaker Microphone Hanger

1. 

Using a suitable primer clean the instrument panel at the 
hanger mounting location.

2. 

Assemble the (2) halves of the speaker microphone 
hanger using the (2) nuts and screws supplied.

3. 

Secure the microphone hanger to the driver’s side lower 
instrument panel pad sub-assembly in the position shown 
using double sided tape provided. Trim double sided tape 
to suit.
