After cooking:

1. 

Ensure that the unit is turned off after use, then switch off the wall socket and 

remove the plug.

2. 

Always allow the Deep Fat Fryer to cool completely before moving or storing.

3. 

Once cool remove any food remnants from the fryer basket and oil.

4.  Oil or fat can be left in the fryer with its basket in. To ensure the oil will not lose any of 

its cooking properties, store with the lid on.

5. 

It is recommended to change the oil after 8 to 10 uses.
