TROUBLESHOOTING

Dongle
/
device
not
detected
Solution
1:
Close
the
Connect
Manager.
Insert
the
dongle
in
the
USB
port
(make
sure
to
use
a
functioning
USB
port).
Wait
until
your
PC
completes
the
detection.
Open
the
Connect
Manager.
Solution
2:
(in
case
solution
1
did
not
work)
Close
the
Connect
Manager.
Remove
the
dongle
from
the
USB
port.
Re
‐
insert
it
again.
Double
click
on
Connect
Manger.
Solution
3
(in
case
solution
2
did
not
work):
Close
the
Connect
Manager.
Remove
the
dongle
from
the
USB
port.
Uninstall
the
program:
open
the
‘Start’
menu
select
‘All
Programs’
menu
go
to
‘Connect
Manager’
menu
click
on
‘Uninstall’.
Insert
the
dongle
in
the
USB
port.
Run
the
installation
wizard.
Wait
until
your
PC
completes
the
installation.
Open
the
Connect
Manager.
