Filling the oil
1. Remove the screw of the reservoir.
2. Pour the oil in the hole, the oil level must be at the same level as
the filler hole.
3. Insert the screw into the hole of the reservoir.
4. Bleed the air from the pump unit.

1. Set the handle in the LOWER position
2. Move the handle up and down several times
4. Brake
Check if the brake function is okay. Check if the pallet truck brakes when you stop driving or
when you let go of the handle.
5. Electrics
Test the instruments, displays and control
switches every week, see if all parts light
up.
Test the warning and safety device every
month. Check if the horn works and if the
crushing hazard safety functions work.
This function is activated when the driver
is pushed against the red button on the
handle.
6. Travel
Repairs to the product may only be made by a qualified service technician and
according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Check the transmission for noise and leakage every 6 months.
Check the travel mechanism, adjust and lubricate if necessary every month.
Check wheel bearings and attachments every 6 months for damage.
