Product Use and Warranty Restrictions
The Toshiba products listed in this document are intended for usage in general electronics applications
(computer, personal equipment, office equipment, measuring equipment, industrial robotics, domestic
appliances, etc.). These Toshiba products are neither intended nor warranted for usage in equipment where
a malfunction or failure may cause loss of human life or bodily injury (Unintended Usage). Unintended
Usage includes atomic energy control instruments, airplane or spaceship instruments, transportation
instruments, traffic signal instruments, combustion control instruments, life-support equipment, all types of
safety devices, etc. Unintended Usage of Toshiba products listed in this document shall be made at the
cus
tomer’s own risk.

International Corporation will void all warranties and may void the UL/CUL listing. Unauthorized
modifications can also result in personal injury, death, or destruction of the equipment.
QUALIFIED PERSONNEL ONLY
Qualified Personnel are those who have the skills and knowledge relating to the construction,
installation, operation, and maintenance of the electrical equipment and have received safety training
on the hazards involved (Refer to the latest edition of NFPA 70E for additional safety requirements).
