Install PC Digital Attendant Console Software
If you are installing a turnkey PC Attendant Console, the sattendant console software was installed
on the PC at the factory, skip to
“Strata CIX Database Programming” on page 2-10
The software for the PC Digital Attendant Console is available for download on Toshiba’s FYI web
site.
Be sure the PC meets the requirements listed in
Chapter 1 – Hardware Installation
.
Purchase the Attendant Console license, part number LIC-ATT.
Note
Each digital PC Attendant Cosole uses on of the system’s station licenses.
Note
Each IP Attendant Cosole requires a port on an MIPU card. But, does not require an IP
endpoint license.
Important!
One CTI license is required for each attendant console connected to the Strata CIX
system. And, one LIC-ATT licenses is required for each PC Attendant Console.
Attendant Console 6 Software Installation
Download PC Attendant V6.0 package from FYI then, use the following procedure.
1.
Download CIXAttendantV6.exe package from FYI and copy it to the target machine;
2.
Run CIXAttendantV6 and
unpack the package.
Select the first radio
button, as shown below,
the delete the installation
files after the installation
then, click
Next
.
Note
The system will prepare for the installation process. If your operation system is VIsta you
may see a dialog box about whether to allow an unidentified program. Select
Allow
.
