Satellite/Satellite Pro U500/U500D, PORTEGE M900/M900D                                    Maintenance Manual 4-33 

To install the keyboard, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-14 to 4-17. 

1.

 

Place the keyboard facedown on the top cover. 

2.

 

Connect the 

keyboard flexible cable

 and the 

LED cable

 on the main board. 

3.

 

Turn the 

keyboard

 face up and set it in place. 

4.

 

 Secure the keyboard with two 

screws

 on the top case.
