8. Filter sign reset
“ ” (filter sign) appears on the display to tell the time for cleaning the filter.
When the filter sign is displayed on the screen (To reset the filter sign)
When the filter sign is not displayed on the screen (To check the remaining time for filter
cleaning)
NOTE
• “Clean the filter” appears on the display when there is no remaining time for filter cleaning.
• “
” (filter sign) appears on the display while the air conditioner is stopped.
• “ ” (filter sign) is not displayed when the filter cleaning time of the indoor unit is not set.
• The remaining time for filter cleaning is not displayed when the filter cleaning time of the indoor unit is not set.
• The remaining time for filter cleaning differs depending on the connected indoor unit.
• Reset the filter sign after cleaning the filter.
Refer to the Owner’s Manual supplied with the
indoor unit about how to clean the filter.
• “Filter check” is displayed on the screen if you start
running the air conditioner when “ ” (filter sign)
appears on the display. Push one of the operation
buttons to erase the message or wait for more than
5 seconds until the message disappears.
