APPLICABLE CONTROLS
REQUIREMENT
When you use this air conditioner for the

remote controller becomes available after
power-on. This is normal.

Normal settings were made when the indoor
unit was shipped from factory.
Change the indoor unit settings as required.
Use the wired remote controller to change
the settings.
* The settings cannot be changed using
the wireless remote controller, sub remote
controller, or remote-controller less system
(for central remote controller only).
Therefore, install the wired remote
controller to change the settings.

Basic procedure
Be sure to stop the air conditioner before
making settings.
(Change the setup while the air conditioner is not
working.)
CAUTION
Set only the Code No. shown in the following
table: Do NOT set any other Code No.
If a Code No. not listed is set, it may not be
possible to operate the air conditioner or other
trouble with the product may result.

Push and hold menu button and [ ] setting
button simultaneously for 10 seconds or
more.

After a while, the display

ashes as shown in
the

gure. “ALL” is displayed as indoor unit
numbers during initial communication
immediately after the power has been turned
on.

Each time [ ] [ ] setting button is pushed,
indoor unit numbers in the group control
change cyclically. Select the indoor unit to
change settings for.
