Confirmation and check
When a error has occurred in the air conditioner,
the check code and the indoor unit No. will appear
on the display part of the remote controller.
The check code is only displayed during while the
unit is operating.
If the display disappears, operate the air condi-
tioner according to the following “Confirmation of
error history” for confirmation.
Confirmation of error history
When a error has occurred on the air conditioner,
the error history can be confirmed with the following
procedure. (up to 4 errors can be stored in the
memory of the remote controller)
The history can be confirmed from both operating
status and stop status.

Description
When pushing the
SET
and
TEST
buttons at the same time
for 4 seconds or more, the following display will appear.
If [Service check] is displayed, the mode enters into the
error history mode.
• [01 : Order of error history] is displayed in CODE No.
window.
• [Check code] is displayed in CHECK window.
• [Indoor unit address in which the error has occurred] is
displayed in UNIT No.
For every push of the [
,
] button, the error history stored in memory is displayed in order.
The numbers in CODE No. indicate CODE No. [01] (latest)
→
[04] (oldest).
CAUTION
Do not push the
CL
button because all the error history of the indoor unit will be deleted.
After confirmation, push the
TEST
button to return to the normal display.
1. Check the error codes according to the above procedure.
2. Ask an authorized dealer or qualified service (maintenance) professional to repair or maintain the air
conditioner.
